Erika Moore is the Vice President and General Manager of U.S. Sales for Travelport (NYSE:TVPT). Erika oversees Travelport’s commercial activities in the United States. Since being named to this role in May 2017, she has transformed the way the organization engages with its customers. Under her direction, the U.S. team has focused on delivering a seamless experience for customers, creating distinctive value by aligning Travelport’s industry leading technology, content and services to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of customers. Erika previously served as Travelport’s Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, overseeing offices and teams of employees in Mexico City, Miami, Bogota, São Paulo and Buenos Aires. Under Erika’s leadership, the region experienced outstanding growth, including a 48 percent increase in gross revenue, 32 percent increase in gross margin and a 20 percent increase in EBITDA during a 24-month period. In addition, she led her team to increasing market penetration from three percent to 12 percent, making the LATAM region Travelport’s fastest growing region and a role model for growth within the company. Before joining Travelport in 2010, Erika served as Senior Vice President of International Sales for Aeromexico. In this position, she led sales, marketing, and distribution strategies for Europe, South America, Asia, the United States and 44 other countries. Erika also was responsible for Aeromexico’s integration into the SkyTeam Alliance and establishing the baseline for the bilateral alliance between Aeromexico and Delta. Prior to this, she served as Aeromexico’s role Director of Commercial Alliances and Proration. Erika is internationally recognized as a leader of business transformation, evolution and innovation. She has been invited to speak at major global and regional events such as the World Economic Forum, Consejo Nacional Empresarial Turístico and The Phocuswright Conference. She also is a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and serves on the advisory board for The Company Dime. Erika graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México with a degree in Economics. She lives in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her family.
