Neil Chernoff became Vice President of Network Planning and Scheduling at Iberia in 2013 and, since June 2014, he has held his current position as Senior Vice President Network and Alliances. He is responsible for redesigning and implementing changes to Iberia’s current and future network. He joined International Airlines Group, the holding company of Iberia, in 2012 as Senior Director of Strategy, taking on his current role at Iberia in 2013 as part of the Iberia Restructuring Programme. Neil was previously a consultant at Bain and Co. in Bain’s Aviation Consulting Group, and in 2008 he was named Director of Strategy at AAR CORP. He started his career at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in their Investment Banking Division in Chicago and later in their DLJ Merchant Banking Group in Buenos Aires. Neil holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
