Dr. Scot Hornick is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Travel and Transportation practice and leads the firm’s North American Pricing, Sales, and Marketing practice. His consulting work focuses on commercial transformation to improve profitability through analytics around segmentation, customer relationship management, loyalty programs, pricing, and revenue and distribution channel management. He has worked with many of the leading airlines in Latin America and beyond as well as several international hospitality and travel brands. He also served as EVP, Revenue Management and Pricing for the Hertz Corporation and held senior and managing partner positions at firms including Fenix Partners, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Accenture. Additionally, he was an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University. Dr. Hornick holds a B.S. in computer engineering, a M.S. in electrical engineering, and a Ph.D., all from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the Professional Pricing Society.
